Chef Chris Ratcliff A sixth generation Californian, Chris grew up foraging at his family Ranch in Mendocino County. Living off the land is in his blood. He owes his cooking style to his time working at three Michelin starred Quince here in San Francisco and its sister restaurant, Cotogna. Chris then became Chef de Cuisine at Seven Hills where he showcased his love for pasta and seasonal produce. Chef Chris now works as a private chef where he gathers all his ingredients from local farmers markets and puts them on the table.
