Join us for our 3rd annual Kitchen Social Club 2nd Night Seder to explore the questions of constriction, freedom, and order in our lives and our world. Dinner will be kosher for Passover & vegetarian.
Following the brutal constriction of slavery, the Israelites are faced with a new challenge – freedom. Freedom, in many ways a gift, presents its own difficulties. Thus, enters order. Order: something in between complete enslavement and complete freedom. Order comes in many forms: stories, symbols, family, community, work, God, seder. Seder is order. (Literally, seder means order in Hebrew.) Join us to discuss the questions of order through our 2nd Night Seder.
As always, we want The Kitchen to be a place for everyone. Let us know if you have financial barriers and we’ll make sure you have a spot at the seder table.
